• Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery

3. Return Process

• Provide a clear photo/video of the issue

• Once approved, return the product through courier

• You may receive a replacement or refund, depending on the case

4. Delivery Charges
   Return shipping cost is usually covered by the customer unless the mistake is from our side (wrong or defective item).
